Level 3 support plan

 Our regular office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 6pm CET zone, Friday 8am to 4pm CET. If you are a subscriber to or your ongoing project already includes the Level 3 (24/7) support plan, you can send your support requests to a dedicated email provided to you specifically for this matter. Please note that our tech support won't be able to access and authorize, review and act on your email requests outside the regular working hours if your email is not sent to the dedicated project-specific support email. In case of multiple support plans active at the same time, make sure you send your email to the correct email address, as the support team cannot authorize requests for one project sent to an email address dedicated to another project/plan of yours unless you reply and send it again this time to the correct address upon the support team's instructions.
